Welcome to Heylo AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Heylo AI (operated by Hoàng Nhật Long). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Heylo AI is an AI-powered dating assistant application that provides:

• Profile analysis from uploaded screenshots
• AI-generated pickup lines and conversation starters
• Chat assistance and replies
• Persona-based advice (Style selection)

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to upload content that is hateful, violent, explicit, or violates the rights of others.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium Access: Some features are available only through a paid subscription.
• Billing: Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.

5. Intellectual Property

Heylo AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hoàng Nhật Long and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We are not responsible for the success or failure of your dating interactions resulting from the use of our AI advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Heylo AI or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any material changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
